High-Volume Calisthenics Workouts
After 15 years of sports where I practiced swimming, athletics, soccer, and lastly trail running and calisthenics, I designed this workout program that includes everything from bodyweight workouts to sprints workouts and more.
I practically added all of my routines essential to build functional strength, power, athleticism, health, and a muscular body. Every workout has two fitness levels, one easier and one adapted to someone who really wants to push himself over the limits.
Every workout here is very simple and based on essential bodyweight movements, nothing fancy and complicated. However, very tough!
I also included weekly and monthly plans so you can understand how to organize your training weeks based on the goals you follow.
